Become a Partner

Join hands with us to create sustainable impact and drive inclusive growth. Together, we can empower communities and transform lives.

Why Partner With Us?

Our enterprise promotion work is intended to be founder-focused. Rather than considering a potential or existing entrepreneur as a ‘beneficiary’, we consider her/him as ‘the’ client. Around the entrepreneur, informed by the enterprise-specific journey design map, we map and develop a network of supportive actors in the ecosystem. These include, but are not limited to:

Grant-making organisations

Being a not-for-profit organisation, GFSI seeks grants from reputed organisations to support its enterprise development initiatives.

Other incubators

GFSI engages with established incubators set up in various institutions of repute and collaborates with them for intellectual resources and logistics support.

Financing organisations

Lack of affordable and patient capital is one of the key constraints holding back entrepreneurs from poor and marginalized communities. GFSI has been engaging with the financial ecosystem for several years, as part of different initiatives. This good will and past experience, puts GFSI in good stead for leveraging capital for the entrepreneurs it incubates or supports.

Training and capacity building

There are several themes and subjects for which GFSI draws expertise from different training and capacity building organisations, as part of its support offerings, especially for entrepreneurs working in the non-farm space.

Government support entities

The Central and State Government entities in India have several schemes and programs specifically meant to support and promote Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The National and State Rural Livelihoods Missions (NRLM and SRLMs) and various Sector Skill Councils offer scheme-based support for nano and micro enterprises, both formal and informal, individual and group-based. GFSI engages with the relevant government entities to link entrepreneurs under relevant schemes and programs.

Coaches and mentors

GFSI maintains a pool of coaches and mentors who are ready to offer their services pro bono or at a fee to entrepreneurs at various stages of growth, and operating in diverse sectors.
